Conditions:

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
On the day of arrival, the room will be available at 14:00. Guests arriving for lunch will have their rooms available as soon as possible. On the day of departure, the room must be checked out by 10:00 o’clock.

PAYMENT:
Payments may be done in the following methods:
1. CASH
2. CHECK (on the day of arrival)
3. CREDID CARD or DEBIT CARD

BOARD:
HALF or FULL BOARD treatments are offered for a minimum of three days stay. For the week-long package, it is not possible to switch the meal chosen. Each additional meal is € 16,00

EARLY DEPARTURE:
In case a guest decides to leave before the reserved check out date, he must provide payment for the room rate until the end of the period previously requested for.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT:
The booking will be confirmed once we receive the deposit. The deposit may be reimbursed in case of cancellation as long as the hotel is communicated at least twenty days prior to the reserved arrival date.

GENERAL ASPECTS:
It is not permitted to bring third parties into the room. For families with children, these must be watched and should not disturb other guests.
